Closing and will include in xfce-4.14 consolidated ticket.

We need to hold off on this until we can decide where xfce-4.14 will go into our next release. We can still update this when we go into our package semi-freeze if we evaluate them as complete and any dependent packages are still OK.
The only dependent package I see right now is lxde-common (optional runtime).
