Some build notes on this version:

  1. The libtool issue seems to be fixed. The libtoolize and autoreconf

commands can be removed from the instructions.

  1. Doxygen and GraphViz are optional dependencies to build the C++

API documentation.

  1. I used the --disable-build-docs command so I don't have any input

on what is required to build or install the HTML documentation.

One other note I failed to mention. Another library is created and installed. Instead of just libusb.[so,a], there are now libusbpp.[so,a] installed.
