Description
The Fontconfig package will attempt to build and install man pages if the docbook2html program is found. This applies even if you pass the --disable-docs parameter to configure.
The Fontconfig instructions should have a note saying if the DocBook-utils package is installed, you *must* also install the SGMLSpm Perl module.
