Not very "stable". Three release in 20 days.

     * primarily a documentation update (added link to bugtracker to man
       pages)
     * fix libpam.pc to not require libpsx.pc (linkage was intended to be
       optional)
     * changed the text format of the default output of getpcap (use
       --ugly if you want the old format)

Upstream is in the process of releasing a new library, which implements the full POSIX behavior for threads (linux doesn't, and glibc only does partially).

So these are development releases?

Hard to tell: not sure the maintainer will signal when a release is stable (or even if he knows when it is)... Normally, the new library itself is completed, but there was an issue with the pkg-config file in the previous release.
