Mistake in gobject-introspection

Description

I found a small mistake in Chapter 9, General Libraries, gobject-introspection-1.64.1. The meson option 'gtk_doc' is a boolean, not a feature. Therefore it has to be '-Dgtk_doc=true' instead of 'enabled'. Keep up the phenomenal work, guys.
