I think that all the listed modules are now up to date, but keeping open for two reasons:
- If I close it, that will probably provoke a new biber release, and all bets will be off ;-)
- Once these have been tested with our 10.0 rc, the note at the top of the perl dependencies page should be updated to say BLFS-10.0.

On review, XML::SAX::Expat is not normally used by the deprecated SML::Simple module. Archived in r24530.
Updated to Test::MockModule-v0.173.0 and Test::Warnings-0.030 in r23432.
