In LFS-6.1, tcl is at 8.4.9. Should we should stick to the same version for BLFS-6.1?

The LFS version is not installed. I don't think it could matter.

Agree. We can upgrade to the current version, but we should expand the note to say that at the time LFS was released, 8.4.10 was not available.
