Description
Now that the AbiWord package is building the plugins, the dependencies for these plugins need to be annotated in the book.

It would be nice if the AbiWord dependencies section differentiated between dependencies for the main AbiWord program and the ones used by the plugins.
Just a thought, however, it would be trivial to create a section apart from the "optional dependencies" labeled "optional (used by the various plugins)" or something similiar. It may save some folks some time trying to figure out what the dependencies do.
Also marked this bug as a 6.1 bug so we can address it, and get it closed before 6.1 is released.

Noticed in the latest commit is that the dependency for WV is listed both in the optional and Optional for plugins sections.
It should actually only be listed in the Optional section.
