exiting leaves 2 processes running, xterm hung.

Further review shows the same behavior with the current version. i.e. until a url is visited. opening a file starts plugin daemons that must be killed to close the xterm. After visiting a url, subsequent starts/exits seem normal.

I will update to 0..8.5.
