Description
As Xi brought up in ticket #14032, libportal will be required for Epiphany.
Looking at dependencies, it looks like it'll probably only need glib.
This will go in General Libraries.

It looks like EOG can use this too. In EOG, if it's not installed, you need to pass -Dlibportal=false. I'll add that into the meson line in EOG, and add it as a command explanation so libportal support can still be used.
