Description
Add sysprof to the book to prevent the above mentioned packages from downloading, compiling, and installing sysprof as a submodule.
Sysprof will be placed in the Programming chapter.
We'll need to modify libsoup (one of the next commits for me), gjs (tonight or tomorrow), and mutter to add dependencies on this package.
Dependencies include gtk3, libdazzle, and polkit.
Rationale behind placement in the Programming chapter is that it's a profiler / development tool.
