Updated the package. Ftp sites are not up yet, possibles are commented out, leaving open. I will watch.

Recommend we update since atleast some users will causing bug reports.

We are functionally 0.18.1. Noted how to install and use 0.18.1. Book will stay at 0.18 for now.
