Version increment to 2.2.3
This package should not be updated until full compatibility with the BLFS SVN version of GNOME is confirmed. This version of Evolution is compatible with the GNOME-2.10.2 release as shown at http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/desktop/2.10/2.10.2/sources/
Also marking this bug dependent upon Bug #1422
