Version increment to 0.2.36

Before updating this package, full compatibility with the BLFS SVN version of GNOME must be considered. This version of EsounD is compatible with the GNOME-2.10.2 release as shown at ​http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/platform/2.10/2.10.2/sources/

Just some reminders, as it is too early to update BLFS yet.

  1. aRTS is now an optional dependency
  2. The docs installation changes
