Description
This is very trivial. Bruce, please mark this as invalid if you deem it to be too trivial.
However, on the "Conventions used in this book" section it shows a URL and explains that it is used throughout the book for all URL's. This is a bit misleading however, as we now use two different CSS formats for internal and external links.
