libevdev 1.11.0 is now available. The bits are the same as in 1.10.1, with
one important difference: ~8 years ago when I started libevdev, I
copy/pasted the wrong license blurb (probably from the X server somewhere),
assuming it was MIT. In fact, it was the Historical Permission Notice and
Disclaimer license.

With permissions from the various contributors over the years, this version
changes the license to the MIT license, as was always intended.

Many thanks to Rolf Eike Beer and Matt Turner for bringing this to our
attention.
