Ah well, that was due to a wrong liblto_plugin.so link on my machine, hasn't bitten me yet, but clearly my fault. It's correct in the book.

• Fix the CMake build.
• Draw an icon in each message box popup.
• Make input field focus tab-traversable when editing preferences.
• When modifying preferences, only trim input for scalar options.
• Simplify the icewm manpage.
• Taskbar may have a non-zero screen due to XineramaPrimaryScreen in getNewPos. Only consider workarea when using same screen as taskbar, otherwise allow entire desktop for issue bbidulock/icewm#557.
• Position the move/size-status on the screen of the window.
