Add MAS to the book. It is an optional dependency of aRts.

It is optional for much more than just aRTS. Will need to grep through the XML and update all instances.

I have all the necessary patches/scripts/whatever that makes this package build. However, adding it to the book right now is hard as there are more important packages (this one hasn't been updated in a couple of years) that need to be in the book first.

As mentioned before, Mas is very old, and the web site is unreachable, anyway. Thrus, closing as wontfix.
