Version increment to 2.11.0

This may be an unstable branch waiting on 2.12 to release with GNOME-2.12

As far as I know there is really no way to know for sure. But it is odd that they completely skipped a 2.10 branch.

This package should not be updated until it is confirmed to work with the BLFS version of GNOME
