The changes include:

- Fix CVE-2021-39358 by forcing TLS certificate validation by Douglas R. Reno.
- Temporarily disable testcases by Leesoo Ahn.

This should be done as part of gnome-41 though.

We no longer need to run ./autogen.sh and can now run configure directly.
