Do any of these other packages NOT use xorg/wayland? libinput is really needed for xorg and I'd like to keep as much of that together as possible,

libinput 1.19.3 is now available. The usual low-risk device-specific fixes and one fix for hold gestures when a thumb is detected.
- quirks: add ModelBouncingKeys for A4Tech X-710BK Mouse

- quirks: changes touchpad pressure Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro
