SONAME bumps libwacom.so.2 -> libwacom.so.9.

I've rebuilt the packages link to libwacom.so on my system:

  • libinput
  • gnome-settings-daemon
  • gnome-control-center
  • mutter

No issue building them, but I don't have a wacom tablet so I can't test the functionality.
