This changes the shipped version of nss from 3.68 to 3.68.2 to fix bug 1745600 https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1745600 - apart from bumping the version to 94.0.1 that seems to be the only change.
On prebuilt 94 and 95, [https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-amd- processors] results in an error.
Doug told me that https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/adaptive-cards/sdk/authoring-cards/net shows similar problems.
I have tried both those links, with BLFS builds using system nss 3.73.0, in firefox-91.4.0 and 95.0 and the links worked without problems.
Doug says the problem now seems to be intermittent and infrequent.
Since I cannot replicate it, and we recommend system nss, I am not touching this for the moment.
