Description
Sendmail uses user smmsp and groups mail and smmsp. We need to recheck to see if all these are necessary in sendmail -- especially the mail group

Updated BLFS to Sendmail-8.13.5. While checking this update, I've confirmed that the 'smmsp' user and group must be created. The 'mail' group is not necessary and the command to create the 'mail' group was removed from the instructions.
I confirmed this through many channels, the biggest one is not having the 'mail' group existing, installing Sendmail and putting it through extensive functionality testing.
Closing the bug as fixed.
