Multiple copies of docs are installed for xorgproto-2021.5

Description

The ninja install of xorgproto installs the docs to $XORG_PREFIX/share/doc/xorgproto and then the docs are installed again by the book instructions to xorgproto-2021.5. Why not just

mv $XORG_PREFIX/share/doc/xorgproto $XORG_PREFIX/share/doc/xorgproto-2021.5

Fixed at commit 38f90cfcd1aab0833a2bfc6bef7e201e202813f6 

Ensure some documentation is put into versioned directories.
    Rename libvdpau documentation as a versioned directory.
    Rename libnotify documentation as a versioned directory.
    Rename xorgproto documentation as a versioned directory.
