libxml2-2.9.13 docdir issue

libxml2 installs docs in 2 dirs. libxml2-2.9.13 does the same but only 1 dir is versioned. This didn't happen with 2.9.12. The non-versioned directory is /usr/share/doc/libxml2. /usr/share/doc/libxml2-python-2.9.13 is correctly versioned. I haven't looked into the underlying problem but adding --docdir=/usr/share/doc/libxml2-2.9.13 to configure fixes it.
