Additionally, now that Firefox has been converted to use a different build system (using a .mozconfig file and 'make -f client.mk build/install', Thunderbird should be converted as well.

Updated BLFS to Thunderbird-1.5
Also added the ability to use system-installed NSS/NSPR, and changed the build method to use 'client.mk' and '.mozconfig'.
