Taking all gnome-42 tickets for now, but feel free to help :)

If building the documentation (the default), the bundled gi-docgen is used. This has several python modules as dependencies, some of which are not in the book (markdown, toml, typogrify). If those modules are not installed, the build only succeeds if passing -Dgtk_doc=false.

Looks like the test failures (at least the one about Brussels) are known upstream (see https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libgweather/-/issues/86).

Running the tests after installing the package allows the test_libgweather test to pass, but the metar test still fails. I've reported the issue: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libgweather/-/issues/168
