The sed -i -r 's:"(/system):"/org/gnome\1:g' schemas/*.in command is no longer needed.

The sed is needed, I think... Typing "grep [^e]/system /usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas/*", I get a lot of hits in /usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas/org.gnome.system.proxy.gschema.xml. And this file is installed by gsettings-desktop-schemas...

Actually, running "sudo glib-compile-schemas /usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas/", I get:
