Gimp has a problem to open jpg files

Description

I found a problem with opening jpg images with gimp. This is caused by exif 0.6.12

For this I found a patch at: ​http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/libexif/libexif/libexif/exif-data.c?r1=1.67&r2=1.68&sortby=date&diff_format=u

after applying this patch everything works as expected

Libexif has already been updated to new versions. I'm updating GIMP and will check this bug out and close/update as necessary.

This bug was fixed upstream in the libexim release that is currently in the BLFS book. Closing as fixed.
