I will stay with the ./configure build. Also, as usual, the changelog is quite big and not easy to copy/paste, so I'll omit that here.
Another note: qemu now per default builds against alsa, pa and jack if available even if audio-drv-list is only alsa, so I add some info on how to disable them.
