Multiple packages need to reexamine the use os the --libexecdir switch so programs that are not directly called by the user or root are not in /usr/sbin.

Update:
The GNOME core packages have all been looked over, with all of them being converted to libexecdir pointing to correct locations. The Add-on packages will be addressed as they are looked at during the 2.12.2 update. Some Add-on GNOME package are already done.

These are the package that I don't know about the use of libexecdir in them. I will try to finish out this bug in the next day or two:

As best as I can tell, there are only the following packages left that have the libexecdir=/usr/sbin setting:

There are tickets open for OpenSSH and Emacs on this issue and the rest are okay. Closing this bug as fixed.
Many of the --libexecdir usages have been confirmed and/or changed. All the GNOME-2 usages will be fixed in the next GNOME update. I'll go through the book and confirm/fix each additional use that I've not yet confirmed.
