Description

The release note is at ​https://discourse.llvm.org/t/llvm-14-0-2-release/62065.

There will be a new bug-fix release (14.0.x) every 2 weeks, until 14.0.5. So if building the giant package for each two weeks will be too painful we can skip some releases.

Problem is not really the package itself, but that other big packages (rust...) depend on it. Hopefully they are not broken for point releases.
