Seamonkey 2.53.12 builds fine with existing instructions and gcc-12.1.

There are some important warnings about upgrading from a previous release in the SM release notes: ​https://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/seamonkey2.53.12/

I did not see any security issues in the release notes.

The security issues are noted here:

That means it has fixes from Firefox/Thunderbird 91.8 and 91.9
