Stable release.

This release includes a fix for the broken GNOME Extensions link and
several translation updates.

Looks like this has not been picked up by the currency script

The currency script problem might be due to the fact that there is a /42/ directory containing only a beta release, so that the script does not look at the /40/ directory where the most recent version is...
