It was very difficult to find a direct url to download this package. Finally I found:
https://inkscape.org/gallery/item/33449/inkscape-1.2_2022-05-15_dc2aedaf03.tar.xz
It expands to directory inkscape-1.2_2022-05-15_dc2aedaf03 and builds without any patch or sed using gcc12 and poppler-22.05.
