Highlights:

new versioning
duktape added as backend JS engine
autotools build system removed
new translations

We should consider moving to duktape from mozjs in the future so that we can build Xorg without rustc being dragged into the mix.

The patches and seds are no longer required. For now, I will add -Djs_engine=mozjs so that we can build without adding duktape into the book. We may want to reconsider this in the future

GNOME needs mozjs anyway. I agree a JS engine is just a monster, but for GNOME users two monsters are worse than one monster.
