libevdev 1.13 is now available. libevdev now requires meson 0.56.0 (released Oct 2020) to some meson.build improvements.

Other than that - updated to include the 5.19 event codes and a fix for 64 bit timestamps in the uinput code. Nothing much of excitement otherwise.
