Fix mkinitramfs script to work with newer kernel

Description
Current script fails at "depmod" when using newer kernel, (5.18 or 5.19), complaining about missing builtin.modinfo.
Simple solution is to add the file to the copy list.
Also i'd like to add NVME modules to be included in the initrd.
