NOTE: It's stated here that xfce4-settings-4.16.4 fixed a security vulnerability, but caused a regression. It looks like this'll fix the regression.

Release notes for 4.16.5 ======================== The previous bugfix release (4.16.4) on the xfce-4.16 branch closed a vulnerability in xfce4-mime-helper, though by doing so, it introduced a regression. ("exo-open" not working for paths with spaces inside. More details on #403.) This release attempts to close the vulnerability in a better way. Sorry for the inconvenience !
