usbutils 015 (moved)

Upstream is no longer updating

The 015 tag is from October 22 so a month has elapsed and no sign of it on the above.

There appear to be two valid upstream repositories. I think the github is a mirror of the kernel.org but not sure. We can watch to see if they diverge.

Curiously the github has the 015 tag and the kernel.org doesn't. I have decided to use the github until something definitive emerges.
