tcsh-6.24.02 is now available; this is a bug fix release:

  1. Fix rechist() check for NULL filename
  2. Make OpenBSD use SHORT_STRINGS and fix non-SHORT_STRINGS compilation.

This release also switches to a new version of the manual page, using mdoc macros.
