This update is ready to go in. It is tested and everything works. As soon as LFS moves to Shadow-4.0.15, then BLFS will move to the updated versions of Shadow and Linux-PAM.

Just wanted to add to the ticket (as a record of what is done) that CrackLib was moved to an optional dependency from being required per the recent BLFS-Dev discussion.
