There is only https://github.com/transmission/transmission/releases/download/4.0.0-beta.2/transmission-4.0.0-beta.2+rbceb368f1b.tar.xz.
Looks like the currency script regexp only selects the 4.0.0 part...
Moving to waiting for now.

Closing as invalid. I have fixed the currency script and it should ignore betas now.
