  Check whether the terminal's application ID is the default, not the
  preferences' application ID.  This fixes the "Set as default" button
  sensitivity in the preferences.

  Factor out the method for exclusion from the blocklist, and
  update the filtering in TerminalScreen to apply the same filtering
  as the one in the remoting code.
