looks like it now (0.8.1) requires xfce4-dev-tools installed. If not it gives a 

xdt-csource: command not found

xfce4-dev-tools are easy to install (just C-M-MI) but it is a new pkg. Devtools can be found at ​https://archive.xfce.org/src/xfce/xfce4-dev-tools/4.18/xfce4-dev-tools-4.18.0.tar.bz2

Adding xfce4-dev-tools to the book. Put it all back into 11.3.
