From the changelog:

  • Switch to XORG_DEFAULT_NOCODE_OPTIONS
  • configure: replace deprecated AC_HELP_STRING with AS_HELP_STRING
  • gitlab CI: stop requiring Signed-off-by in commits
  • Build xz tarballs instead of bzip2
  • gitlab CI: add a basic build test

No need to update for blfs-11.3.
