The FTP download location for WvDial only has a tarball for the previous version (1.53) but not the current version.

Broken download links are described at the beginning of the book and are considered 'evolving' with the times. There are BLFS download locations with all the current packages. All this is documented in the book. Closing the bug wontfix, but that is not accurate. It will be fixed when the package is updated (there is a bug open for the update)
