Release icewm-3.3.4 released 2023-05-03

  • Fix compile error for yximage.cc.
  • Deprecate XRRDisable.
  • Fix corrupted text if built without i18n
  • When internationalization is disabled, unset LIBICONV.
  • Improve the quality of drawing gradients for the Imlib2 renderer.
