Now 2.48.2. And it seems fixed my issue (or maybe I've simply done something wrong when I updated to 2.48.1).

The test named "atk-test" timeouts in gnome-shell. It's https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/-/issues/6686. To make things worse, the timeout is 300s so we'll spend 5 minutes with no reason :(.
